Biglow HQ is Biglow Studio's internal workspace for clients, tasks and project links. It isn't a public product: only people Biglow Studio invites can sign in.
What we collect when you sign in
You sign in with Google. Google shares your name, email address and profile picture with Biglow HQ. We use them only to confirm you're on the invite list, show who you are in the app and keep you signed in (a secure session cookie). Biglow HQ never sees or stores your Google password, and it stores no passwords of any kind.
What's stored in the app
The work information the Biglow Studio team enters: clients and their contacts, tasks, notes and links to project tools. Logins and passwords for those tools are kept out of Biglow HQ.
Who it's shared with
No one, except the services that run the app: Vercel (hosting), Neon (the database) and Google (sign-in). We don't sell data or use it for advertising.
